Using only the finest ingredients, she crafted a menu of comforting dishes that have become beloved by loyal customers over the years. Over the years, Apartment 1B has become a beloved spot for loyal customers who crave the warmth and coziness of its dishes. And now, we are proud to announce that our family has grown with the addition of new locations at The Henry Hotel Manila, The Henry Resort Batangas, and Arya Residences in BGC.

Skilled culinary professional with 10+ years of experience in 5-star hotels and catering events. He has a comprehensive knowledge of organic food, international cuisine, and a commitment to personal and culinary growth.

Chef Paul Liu - Executive Chef

Chef Paul Liu

Executive Chef

Passionate about cuisines, he learned Culinary Arts at ISCAHM under Chef Norbert Gandler. With experience in Chinese, Italian, and Western cuisines and worked as Chef de Partie.
