2. We recommend making reservations at least 4 hours in advance to ensure availability. Please note that early bookings made more than 15 days in advance cannot be guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that a private event is booked in The Henry, Manila on the same date as your reservation, we may need to reschedule your reservation. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and accommodate you at a different time or date. However, we cannot guarantee availability, and appreciate your understanding.
3. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please do so at least 1 hour in advance of your reservation time.

4. We kindly ask that any food allergies or dietary restrictions are noted in your reservation.

5. Please indicate if you prefer indoor or alfresco seating in your reservation request. While we will do our best to accommodate your preference, please note that it is subject to availability.

6. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the party is more than 15 minutes late without notifying us.

7. We do not currently impose a fine fee for no-shows, but please be considerate and let us know if you need to cancel or modify your reservation to help us better accommodate other guests.

8. Purpose of Data Collection: Clearly state the purpose of collecting customer data during the reservation process. Explain how the data will be used, such as to confirm the reservation or to contact the customer in case of any changes.

9. Consent: Clearly state that by making a reservation, customers consent to the collection and use of their data as described in the policy.
